Case Study
Sanjeevani Hospital: Four Modular OTs Live in a Single Weekend Cutover
Client: Sanjeevani Multispeciality Hospital

The Challenge
The hospital wanted to convert its old OTs into modular, NABH-ready suites without shutting down surgeries longer than a weekend. Every hour of downtime meant deferred procedures for critical patients.
Our Approach
We prefabricated wall panels, LAF ceilings, and gas manifolds off-site over ten weeks. During the cutover weekend, our 22-person crew ran two parallel shifts to strip, install, and commission all four OTs in 62 hours flat.
The Outcome
The hospital resumed elective surgeries on Monday morning with all four theaters certified at ISO Class 5. Post-handover particle counts stayed inside spec across the three-month observation window.
